The CES team was back where we belong — on the sand! Consumer Energy Solutions (CES) proudly returned to Beach Rugby Wales 2025, one of the UK’s most exciting grassroots rugby events. With a team of our finest amateur athletes (aka Bampi’s Boys), we laced up, lined up, and gave it our all under the Welsh sun.
This year wasn’t just about tries and tackles, it was about giving back. CES used the event to raise awareness and funds for Faith in Families, a vital charity supporting disadvantaged children and families across South Wales. Through early years education, community services, and family support, they help build stronger, safer communities — a mission we proudly stand behind.
Even though we didn’t take home a medal, the chance to support corporate charity fundraising efforts like this made every bruise (and grain of sand in our socks) worth it.
We were honoured to have CES brand ambassador Jonathan Davies — a legend of Welsh rugby — join us on the day. He offered tactical advice, also reminded us that heart matters more than scorelines (thankfully!).
“Teamwork, community, and playing with pride” said Jonathan. “It’s great to see companies like CES putting real effort into making a difference.”
Bampi’s Boys gave it their all. Our team spirit, enthusiasm, and dedication to the cause helped make this one of the most enjoyable and rewarding weekends of the year.
We’re incredibly proud of what we achieved and the funds we raised for Faith in Families. A huge thank you to the event organisers, our teammates, and everyone who supported us along the way.
Events like Beach Rugby Wales are about more than sport. They’re a reminder that when businesses and communities come together, real impact happens.
We’ll be back next year — stronger, sandier, and more ready than ever.
