As an existing customer who has had an air source heat pump installed by ourselves, there are no upfront costs to join the ProTECH ASHP+ plan. You can benefit from knowing that your ASHP is covered from day one, so if the unfortunate circumstances that anything does go wrong, we will be there to help get your system back up and running, including an annual service to prevent any problems before they start.
All of our air source heat pumps come with a five year warranty, however your system needs to have an annual service each year to be under warranty.
